Specialty Diving, Inc. has been awarded the U.S. Corp of Engineers "Fiscal Year 2002 CELEBRATE SAFETY Program Award" in the Mobile District Subcontractor Category for contracts in the continental United States for the construction of the Concrete cutoff Wall located at Walter F. George Lock, Spillway and Powerhouse.

SDI logged 10,730 man-hours while completing 97 successful jobs with NO lost time due to accident or injury. All of this was performed while working in and around a multi-hazardous job site including snakes, alligators, steel cutting, and trenching.
